Thank you for taking the time to look at our home.  Montague Place and the South Orange / Maplewood community has been a welcoming and beautiful place to raise our children. 

This lovely neighborhood has been perfect for us for so many reasons.  From annual block parties, impromptu backyard BBQs, kids playing freely all over the neighborhood, to cozy nights by the fireplace or evenings on the screened-in porch.  We’ve found the neighborhood a diverse and welcoming place where every family gets along and is always willing to lend a hand.

 The location is an easy walk to the train without the crowd and parking issues of being in the village.  It makes for an easy commute into the city, but in the new normal there is also space for two private offices at home.  Nearly everything South Orange has to offer is an easy walk – local restaurants and bars, coffee shops, groceries, parks, and the highlight of the summer, the town pool!

 Our large backyard has been the site of many games of tag, baseball practice, water balloon fights, BBQs, and just serene relaxation watching the sunset over the trees.  We have loved every moment living here and have made so many memories for our young family.  We truly hope this home with its open and bright spaces, charm, character, and detail, is as special to you as it has been to us.
